The 'gain' for Corridor by working with Logan Paul on this is heavily outweighed by contributing to the spread of misinformation on every single level. Wren was completely in the right to disagree with this project by wanting to not spread misinformation and I really wish that he had protested the decision by not making the graphics for this project. If you are not knowledgeable about map projections take a look at these videos for a quick run down of how they are created and what their purposes are throughout history and current day and how they are used heavily within GIS and geospatial sciences: īy giving a platform to Logan Paul for a so called 'mockumentary' about whether the earth is flat or not allows the spread of misinformation. ![]() Anyone who knows anything about map projections and geographic coordinate systems would be able to easily debunk any single possible theory that could suppose the earth is flat. I literally constructed digital naval charts for mariners to use at sea so that they can navigate accurately at sea without getting lost or crashing into anything (which is way easier to do in a ship then you might think). My entire degree and my current job uses the mathematics and fundamental science that proves the earth is round. ![]() I went to school for GIS and Geospatial science. You could call this a meta CMV if you'd like. As you might guess, I whole heartedly disagree with the flat earth movement as well as Corridor's decision to work with Logan Paul on this subject.
